The role in a nutshell

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering targeted interventions that address pupils’ social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Working collaboratively with staff and external agencies where appropriate, the Transformation Mentor will help pupils overcome barriers to learning, improve engagement, and build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
