About this Role
Applications are warmly invited for the role of Trips & Lettings Officer at Ormiston Six Villages Academy. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance team, working from 9.30am to 2.30pm, Monday-Friday (25 hours per week) during term time, plus 5 INSET days (39 working weeks per year)

About you
The successful candidate will:
- provide finance support to the Finance Manager and the Assistant Principal
- provide support with the organisation of school trips
- coordinate the hire of the academy’s facilities to external hirers
- undertake a daily lunch duty, supervising students in and around the academy site
- hold (or be willing to undertake training for) a first aid qualification
- have previous experience of working in an office environment, possess strong organisational and IT skills, demonstrate attention to detail
