Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust formed of 8 schools over 10 locations across Peterborough and the London Boroughs of Havering and Waltham Forest. Overview of role:
We are looking for a candidate who will:
- Lead on the Trusts plan for Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG)
- Contribute to the implementation of the Trust's People Strategy
- Provide professional career guidance services, including personal guidance interviews in order to improve students' skills, knowledge and understanding for career planning and management
- Work with and support the named Careers Leader in each school to provide an exceptional Careers programme to all year groups
- Ensure the Trust meets statutory requirements and the Gatsby Benchmarks
This role will be a remote worker and the post holder will be required to travel to all 8 schools within the Trust across both London and Peterborough, including any future schools that join the Trust.
