What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a Trust Catering Manager at The Golden Thread Alliance Trust.

The hours are37 hours per week, term time only, plus 2 weeks. Full time will be considered for the right candidate. The salary is Kent Range 10, £37,374 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary £33,564.13.

You will play an essential part in ensuring our food service is the best that it can be, if you would like to join a vibrant, hard-working, progressive, and inclusive team, where your hard work and creative ideas will be welcomed and valued, then this may be the role for you!

You will provide a healthy catering service to The Golden Thread Alliance within agreed budgets and with a high value placed on customer satisfaction and provide a supportive environment to develop all members of the team to their potential, including trainees placed in the overall team, to gain a wide range of practical kitchen experience in the catering trade.

Two references are also required prior to commencement of employment.
