Trust Data Officer job summary
Location of Trust Head Office - Unit 5 (Ground Floor) Interchange 25 Business Park, Nottingham, NG10 5QG
We are seeking to appoint an individual to be part of a small team responsible for the management of the Trust’s data requirements. The successful candidate will support Trust Schools and the central team by collecting, processing, presenting and analysing education data, including parent reporting and management of assessment data using the Trust MIS (Bromcom).
Working alongside the other Trust Data Officer and the Trust Data Manager, the post holder will work with schools in the Trust to develop data collection systems in Bromcom and set up reports as well as manipulating and importing data from other software. Ability to independently find solutions to problems and strong ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are essential to the role. Experience of using a MIS system would be beneficial.
This role will be primarily based at the Trust central office at Interchange 25 Business Park, with some travel to Trust schools and the opportunity to work some hours from home. The role is for 25 hours per week which can be structured flexibly.
White Hills Park Trust comprises nine successful schools across Nottinghamshire, six primary, two secondary (one including a sixth form) and one special school.
