Trust Estates Maintenance Officer

Full time, 36 hours and 40 mins per week, Monday – Friday. Full year (may consider Term-time hours). To commence ASAP.

Salary: Points 11-14 for the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff pay scale which is currently£27,532 to £30,119 per annum.

The Trust is seeking to appoint an Estates Maintenance Officer to join the estates team in providing a safe, secure and well-maintained working environment for students and staff. The main duties of this role will be to provide routine building maintenance and development of the site in particular to provide maintenance support and assisting in the provision of security arrangements within the College.

We are looking for a reliable and committed individual with some experience of premises maintenance.

The role involves working varied shift patterns to meet the needs of the Trust.

Werneth Primary School joined our Trust in February 2019 and Broadfield Primary School in April 2023 and most recently, Alexandra Park junior School in April 2024.
