What skills and experience we're looking for
We're in search of a dedicated Trust Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll assist our Trust Executive Officer, handling a diverse array of tasks vital to our mission's success. You'll be deeply involved in marketing initiatives, managing everything from strategy development to content creation and distribution. Social media will be a major focus, where your creativity will shine through crafting engaging posts and interacting with our audience.
Another crucial aspect will be maintaining our website, ensuring it's up-to-date and optimised for user experience. You'll delve into analytics to inform our digital strategies. Acting as the primary contact for our Enrichment Programme, you'll handle inquiries and assist in event organisation.
Event administration will also be part of your portfolio, where you'll manage logistics for various activities. Additionally, you'll provide general administrative support, handling correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations.
