At Broad Horizons Education Trust, we believe every child deserves an exceptional education, one that nurtures ambition, unlocks potential, and transforms futures. We are a family of schools, bound by shared values and a deep commitment to inclusion, aspiration, and opportunity. We believe in an evidence-informed approach to school improvement grounded in strong professional development, high aspirations and actions with tangible impact.
We are seeking an outstanding Trust Executive Leader for Education to join our highly committed leadership team at a pivotal time in our journey. Together, we are taking the Trust to the next level building on strong foundations to deliver rapid, transformational improvement across our schools that unites us as a single Trust. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering that ambition.
You will bring:
A proven track record as a successful headteacher, with experience of leading rapid school improvement.
Deep expertise in developing leadership capacity and raising standards.
The credibility and insight to both support and challenge headteachers, enabling excellence across diverse school contexts.
In this role, you will:
Work as a key member of the Trust’s executive school improvement team, helping to shape and lead our education strategy.
Drive the development of leaders at all levels, securing sustainable improvement and stronger outcomes for pupils.
Make a tangible difference to the life chances of young people across our communities.
This position is ideal for a leader who shares our belief in the transformative power of education and who is motivated by the rewards of working alongside a highly ambitious and supportive executive team. You will not only make a significant impact on our schools, but also grow and develop professionally within a Trust committed to its people as much as its pupils.
If you share our belief in the transformative power of education and are ready to lead with vision, courage, and heart, we would love to hear from you. For an informal conversation please contact Summer Turner - Deputy CEO - sturner@bhetrust.co.uk
