Are you a great Early Years leader with a track record of improvement across EYFS settings? We are looking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Trust Early Years leader to lead on the development of highly effective practice across the Trust.
This will include the monitoring, evaluation and review of standards and provision within Early Years settings across each of our 17 primary schools.
You will play a leading and highly visible role in the improvement of teaching and learning in the Early Years, ensuring the best possible start for our youngest 1,000 pupils.
Unity Trust has a strong track record of improvement and we want to ensure that we build on this moving forward. Your new role within this new post will be integral in ensuring that this is achieved.
What we are looking for?

You will need to have the ability to draw on ideas from research and experience to improve practice within our schools and have an awareness of curriculum changes.
We are seeking a confident and innovative practitioner who can drive our schools forward and ensure parity across our academies.
Why Unity Trust?
This is an opportunity for you to join a successful Trust on its next step of the journey and to have genuine impact on a wide range of pupils.
We have successfully transformed schools previously deemed to be inadequate into good ones in order that all of our students can have the best start in life. We are committed to providing excellence within the bones of the organisation, outstanding education for children of all abilities and to building cultural capital through a wide range of co-curricular activities.
As part of Unity Trust, you can help us inspire and enable young child to build great foundations of outstanding learning as they begin their school journey.
