East Anglian Schools’ Trust (EAST) has an exciting opportunity to join our forward-thinking and growing Trust as we seek to appoint a Finance Assistant . We are looking to appoint a committed individual who has strong numeracy skills and a willingness to develop their knowledge and skills in this role. The role has been created due to the recent centralisation of some core financial functions. It will be based in our central office at Wickham Market Primary School.
As part of the EAST Central Finance Team the Finance Assistant will work with our schools and the central team to support finance related functions which include processing of payments, updating supplier information, processing of invoices and maintenance of the purchase ledger. Whilst some experience of working within a similar role is beneficial it is not essential as full training will be provided.
