Trust Head of School - Arlecdon Primary School job summary

The Head of School will promote and support the vision and direction of Arlecdon Primary School, part of Changing Lives Learning Trust, by providing the day-to-day leadership that will enable it to build success and provide high quality education for its children. The Head of School leads and manages the school on a day-to-day basis when the Executive Headteacher is not on site.

The Executive Headteacher has overall and strategic responsibility for the school, will support and advise the Head of School, and is their line manager. There is likely to be a teaching commitment for the Head of School. This is a Trust role and would allow the postholder to move to other Trust schools to perform the same role if appropriate. The Trust will not direct staff to work in different schools.
