Trust HR Advisor job summary

As a HR Advisor, you will be a pivotal presence within our Trust, providing professional and timely HR support to our five schools and central team. This role allows you to make a significant impact by managing the full employee lifecycle, collaborating with school leadership on efficient casework, and supporting people development initiatives while promoting standardized HR practices across the Trust. You will champion colleague wellbeing and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Though primarily operational, this position also offers opportunities to engage in projects that shape the future HR strategy of the Trust. By working closely with senior leadership, you will influence and implement changes that drive best practices, foster collaboration, and enhance staff engagement, ensuring we meet the needs of our workforce and continue to evolve as a forward-thinking, people-focused organization.

The True Learning Partnership is responsible for five schools (three primary and two secondary) set in a beautiful region spanning the Cheshire – Derbyshire border. Our schools are all rated Good by Ofsted, continuously self-improving, and very popular. We work collaboratively and with a real community focus, an important priority is developing strong links between all of our schools, working as “One Vision, One Trust” to make a positive difference to the communities we serve.

We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from our central office in Poynton, visit our five schools, or work from home on occasion.
