Trust HR Assistant job summary
37 Hours per week
40 Weeks per year

Required from September 2025 a Trust HR assistant to support our HR lead in our growing Multi Academy Trust. You will work as part of a small team to assist our HR lead in supporting schools. This will involve administrative tasks alongside using online systems. Whilst experience in HR would be desirable, we are looking for someone who is organised, efficient and a flexible team worker.
The key responsibilities for the role will include assisting with all of the recruitment process from end to end. Supporting the Trust HR Manager in general day to day HR administration.
