Trust HR & Payroll Administrator job summary

This is a crucial role responsible for the accurate and timely processing of HR and payroll data for all employees across our trust, and with this role we will be introducing a focus on efficient sickness absence management.

You will be an integral part of a supportive team, ensuring our employees are paid correctly and on time, and that all HR records are meticulously maintained in compliance with relevant legislation and trust policies.

The person that we are looking for needs to:

  • Have practical experience of using a computerised HR & Payroll systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to learn quickly and share knowledge

  • Have a flexible and reliable approach

  • Be an excellent communicator

  • Have a pragmatic approach to problem solving

This post will be reporting directly to the HR Officer and will be based primarily in the central office at Cliff Lane in Ipswich but may involve travel across the county. (Internal applications, base can be negotiated).

Contract Details: 22.2 hours, 52.143 weeks (full year)
