We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Lead Teacher of Business, Computing & ICT to deliver outstanding teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 at Mercia Academy, while also contributing to subject development across the wider Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to lead and shape these subjects locally and strategically, driving improvements in student outcomes within a supportive and innovative school environment.

You will lead the teaching of Computing at KS3, Pearson BTEC Digital IT at KS4, and GCSE Business Studies, inspiring students through engaging and relevant lessons that prepare them for further education and the modern workplace.

This role is ideal for a confident teacher with leadership experience or aspirations, who thrives both independently and collaboratively, and is committed to enhancing provision and outcomes in Business, Computing, and ICT. While based at Mercia Academy, the role includes responsibility for supporting subject development across the Trust.
