If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Trust Leader of Languages role at Broadleaf Partnership Trust.
Broadleaf Partnership Trust is an ambitious and growing education trust that includes Plantsbrook School, Perryfields Academy, Town Junior School and Holland House Infant School & Nursery. We are looking for a Trust Leader of Languages who will manage the MFL department and work across Perryfields Academy and Plantsbrook School. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-phase and be involved with the development of languages from primary onwards.
You will have a proven track record of raising attainment for all students in MFL and developing excellence and have the leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team. We operate collaboratively and are passionate about MFL, working hard to inspire our pupils with a love of language and foreign culture, with over 80% of our pupils taking languages through to GCSE.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a proven track record of leading and improving MFL provision and outcomes at secondary level.
Have excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills in MFL, and be able to teach Spanish to GCSE and A-level.
Have strong leadership and management skills, and be able to motivate and inspire others.
Have a commitment to continuous professional development and innovation.
