Trust Premises Lead (0.8 FTE/ 4 days a week) job summary

The Pegasus Partnership Trust is a primary-focused Multi-Academy trust based in Harrow. The Trust currently has two academies, The Welldon Park Academy and Priestmead Primary School, with over 160 staff and over 1300 children.

The Trust is looking to recruit a Trust Premises Lead. This person will lead on all aspects of our academies’ premises and will join our Central Team alongside the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Estates & IT.

The successful applicant will join our dynamic Multi-Academy Trust, shaping the future of our learning environments and enhancing our outside areas.

We're looking for a proactive, solutions-driven leader to oversee safe, efficient, and inspiring spaces across our schools.

The successful applicant will initially be responsible for leading a transformation at The Welldon Park Academy following a Site Team restructure – bringing fresh energy and strategic direction to a key site within our Trust.

The successful applicant will need to be able to travel between our Central Hub and our academies throughout a normal working week. There is free parking at all of our sites. We offer a supportive, values-led culture and a comprehensive wellbeing package, including free health services and 24/7 GP access.

Our academy sites are open between 6.30am and 10pm (evening lettings) and also at weekends, and the successful applicant will be expected to share key holding responsibilities alongside our established Site Team members.
