Trust Recruitment Officer job summary

The post holder will liaise with the HR teams, Senior Leadership Teams and Heads of Department to ensure the smooth running of recruitment campaigns and arranging and coordinating the interview process. They will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of the recruitment process ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner across the schools within the MARK Education Trust.

MARK Education Trust is a small multi-academy trust, responsible for two secondary schools in East Sussex. Beacon Academy in Crowborough and Uplands Academy in Wadhurst.
