- Experience as a SENCO or working within Special Educational Needs.

- Excellent organisational skills to manage resources, staff and support for children with additional needs effectively.
- A strong team player mindset to collaborate with staff across the Trust.
- Outstanding classroom practitioner skills, evidenced by a commitment to high-quality teaching and inclusivity.
- Have high expectations for your own performance, staff performance and the progress and attainment of all pupils.
- A genuine passion for promoting the educational and personal development of all students.

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as the SENCO at Great Oak Multi Academy Trust, working across Debden C. of E. Primary Academy and Great Chesterford C. of E. Primary Academy.
