Trust Senior IT Technician (Primary) job summary
Thank you for your interest in the position of Senior IT Technician at True Learning Partnership (TLP). This is an exciting time to join our central IT team, supporting the schools within our Trust.
The role is primarily focused on supporting our Primary schools, while also providing additional capacity to our High School IT teams. The successful candidate will be required to travel to all current and future schools within the Trust.

As a Senior IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive IT support to our schools and central team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the Trust’s IT infrastructure and to apply your technical expertise in a varied and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert IT support to schools and the central team, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and the effective resolution of technical issues.
Oversee the IT help desk, efficiently allocating tasks and ensuring the timely resolution of tickets, including managing and resolving escalated issues using advanced troubleshooting skills.
Maintain and update the asset register, ensuring accurate records of all IT equipment and resources across the Trust.
Participate in IT projects and system implementations, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the Trust’s IT infrastructure.
