Are you a leader with a track record of improvement across both Key Stage 1 and 2? We are looking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Trust Teaching and Learning lead to share their expertise, experience and passion to lead on the development of highly effective teaching and learning across our Trust.

You will be a critical member of the Trust’s Education Team, working alongside school leaders and our teachers to ensure the highest possible teaching and learning strategies are being implemented in all our schools.

As part of this, your time will be spent researching the latest pedagogical thinking and supporting schools through coaching and mentoring individual teachers to become the best that they can be. You will also have the opportunity to work with senior leaders to develop and implement new initiatives based on individual school requirements.

This role will report directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for leading and developing teaching and learning across the Trust.

This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers.
