Cornwall Education Learning Trust seeks a passionate Early Years SENDCO to lead SEND provision across our nursery and early years settings. You'll ensure our youngest, most vulnerable learners receive expert identification, timely intervention, and inclusive support from their very first days in education.
This strategic role involves establishing consistent best practices, supporting staff development, and creating seamless transitions for children with SEND. You'll work collaboratively across our multi-academy trust, championing early years expertise and ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
**We're looking for:**
- Qualified Teacher Status with early years specialism
- National SENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
- Proven experience in early years SEND leadership
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and SEND Code of Practice
- Excellent communication and partnership-working skills
