Ratton School is actively in search of a highly motivated Tutor of English to complement our accomplished and dedicated team on a flexible, ad-hoc basis, with the assignment scheduled to commence post-Christmas. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to engage students through tailored instruction, delivered either in small group sessions or one-on-one interactions. Seamless collaboration with class teachers is a key aspect of this position, where you will systematically identify areas for improvement, provide steadfast support, and develop personalised learning programmes to address individual needs, thereby establishing mutually agreed-upon outcomes that foster academic growth. Ratton School became a converter academy on 1st of August 2012 and joined with Ocklynge Junior School on the 1st of December 2017 to form the South Downs Learning Trust. The aim of our trust is to provide an outstanding educational experience for all students in our schools. We want both schools to retain their own identity whilst working together to support the learning of everyone in the Trust community.
