Ratton School is actively in search of a highly motivated Tutor of Maths to complement our accomplished and dedicated team on a flexible, ad-hoc basis, with the assignment scheduled to commence post-Christmas. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to engage students through tailored instruction, delivered either in small group sessions or one-on-one interactions. Seamless collaboration with class teachers is a key aspect of this position, where you will systematically identify areas for improvement, provide steadfast support, and develop personalised learning programmes to address individual needs, thereby establishing mutually agreed-upon outcomes that foster academic growth.
