The Role
As a Graduate Tutor, you will:
- Deliver high-quality online and in-person tutoring to individuals and small groups (1-10 students)
- Support disadvantaged students to close learning gaps and build confidence
- Work closely with subject leads to plan and tailor sessions to meet student needs
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting your approach to ensure success
Who We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or current undergraduate with a strong academic background in Maths, Science, English, or Humanities
- A clear communicator who can explain complex topics with patience and clarity
- Self-motivated, flexible, and organised, with the ability to work independently
- Passionate about education and committed to supporting young people
- Confident using ICT (Microsoft Suite knowledge is a plus)
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is welcome but not essential - full training provided
