The Role

As a Graduate Tutor, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality online and in-person tutoring to individuals and small groups (1-10 students)
  • Support disadvantaged students to close learning gaps and build confidence
  • Work closely with subject leads to plan and tailor sessions to meet student needs
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting your approach to ensure success

Who We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate or current undergraduate with a strong academic background in Maths, Science, English, or Humanities
  • A clear communicator who can explain complex topics with patience and clarity
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and organised, with the ability to work independently
  • Passionate about education and committed to supporting young people
  • Confident using ICT (Microsoft Suite knowledge is a plus)
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is welcome but not essential - full training provided
