At Orchard Academy we are looking for an unqualified teacher to join the growing team within our social communication department, who has a passion for SEND and would like to develop their career.

Orchard is a three-form entry junior school on the Springfield Estate in Milton Keynes with capacity for 360 children across KS2, with a twenty-pupil place social communication department for pupils at both Orchard and Shepherdswell. Our pupils in Aspen are both KS1 and KS2 children and their broad area of need is communication and interaction. With Aspen we have a dedicated team who ensure we met the needs of all twenty pupils, through a bespoke curriculum offer.

This position is open to unqualified teachers who would like to develop their career as a teacher and gain their QTS. As a school we are keen to develop talent and provide the necessary support in order that staff can achieve their aspirations and goals.
