We are looking for somebody who:

Is an outstanding role model and can act as a leading classroom practitioner, inspiring and motivating other staff members.

I Has an understanding of phonics or the ability to be proactive and learn the programme of of Read Write Inc and EY curriculum.

Has excellent English skills (clear written and spoken English) along with good reading, writing and numeracy skills.

Has high expectations for all children and a real determination and belief that all children can succeed and progress well.

Is willing to go the extra mile to personalise learning and ensure high quality interactions

Is an outstanding team member and able to use their own initiative to drive positive change in the areas they influence.

Can create positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Can plan and provide an enabling environment that promotes effective care, teaching, and learning that allows all children to progress and prepares them for their next phase of development and learning.

Manages behaviour to the highest standard and has the ability to make a positive contribution to the school as a whole

To participate in the performance and development review process, taking personal responsibility for identification of learning, development and training opportunities in discussion with line manager.
