OSCA is a welcoming academy which has benefitted from a major re-build and refurbishment programme. This has created exciting, new and well-equipped learning spaces. We are becoming increasingly the academy of choice in our community and are full and oversubscribed once again.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Unqualified Teacher who holds a degree and is keen to join a dedicated team of staff striving to raise standards through developing outstanding learning and teaching. OSCA prides itself on teamwork, passion and drive, and applications are welcome from candidates with a similar philosophy. We are looking for a strong, confident and knowledgeable unqualified teacher who will bring a passion for their subject alive in the classroom.
All teaching staff are expected to make a significant and sustained contribution to the core purpose of the academy – ensuring all students achieve their full potential, taking a significant role in promoting the highest standards of teaching and learning through a rich curriculum and within a vibrant, high challenge, low threat, fully inclusive learning environment.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join Team OSCA. You will have:

We are in very close proximity to Birmingham city centre with excellent transport links by car, bus and train; and are just a few minutes from Junction 2 of the M5.
