What skills and experience we're looking for

• We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, friendly, efficient and enthusiastic upper Key Stage 2 teacher to teach in our mixed aged Year 5 and Year 6 class. You’d be joining our team of supportive staff and delightful children in our high performing family school. Our school continues to make exceptional progress and we have just been awarded Outstanding in all areas of the Ofsted framework

• Have high expectations for both learning and behaviour, with a genuine belief in the potential of every child and a commitment to inclusive practice.
• Are an engaging and motivating teacher who is reflective and open to new approaches.
• Have experience of teaching Year 5 and Year 6 in your career.
• Are a team player who can form positive and professional relationships with children, colleagues, parents and other stakeholders.
• Are highly organised, calm, kind and committed to inclusion.
• Are committed to your own professional development.
• Have a willingness to innovate and lead an area of the school curriculum.
• Are a positive person with a good sense of humour.
