Drayton Park School is seeking a dynamic and collaborative educator ready to lead a team of dedicated Upper KS2 teachers and support staff. The successful candidate will inspire and empower our staff as they guide students through this pivotal stage of their education. This role is about more than just academic guidance—it's about fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where both students and staff can thrive.

  • Have consistently high expectations for themselves and the children they teach.
  • Have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work successfully as part of a phase team and the wider SLT.
