What skills and experience we're looking for

Alpha Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Vice Principal with Trust Primary School Improvement responsibilities. This appointment is to be based at Eaton Park Academy, which has a long track record of high achievement and consistent high expectations for both pupils and staff. The Alpha Academies Trust has a growing team of both Secondary and Primary School Improvement leaders, therefore the applicant will contribute and deliver the Trust School Improvement strategy working with the team and the Primary Executive Principal.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled individual to join our friendly and professional team. The successful candidate will be experienced and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of raising standards and being able to evidence the impact their leadership has already made in their existing role.

Eaton Park has consistently been one of the highest performing academies in Stoke-on-Trent for the last few years. In 2018/19 Eaton Park were the highest performing primary school in Stoke on Trent and for the last two years Eaton Park have been in the top 3% of schools nationally for pupil progress. Student numbers are consistently increasing due to the successes of the Academy and its popularity locally.
