We are the largest A level provider in the West Midlands which grasped the opportunity to become the first ever Sixth Form College to join a Multi-Academy Trust. Summit Learning Trust is a localised focussed all-through Trust uniting primary, secondary and post - 16 provision which offers our communities and our colleagues a unique opportunity for development, progression and success.

As part of the colleges principalship you would be expected to contribute your ideas, knowledge and experience to all aspects of the College. Between the two successful appointments the Vice Principals will take a strategic lead on curriculum and pastoral responsibilities across the college. The exact breakdown of these responsibilities will be allocated on appointment.

The role is an ideal preparation for further promotion and offers the chance to join a dynamic and successful College within the academy world. Individuals with experience from any part of the education sector are warmly invited to apply. To be successful you will be a creative and ambitious person who has experience of curriculum leadership and student management, seeking to be part of a highly motivated and supportive leadership team. An understanding of Curriculum change, quality systems, MIS or the analysis of data would be desirable, but we would welcome applications from any background.
