Vice Principal – Raising Attainment and Aspiration

Full Time

Salary Scale: Leadership L16-L20

 

We are seeking to appoint a Vice Principal for Raising Attainment and Aspiration to make a significant contribution to the development and direction of the Academy.

You will be an inspirational Leader and work with our colleagues to encourage aspiration and engagement in the courses and subjects offered.

The Vice Principal role, working closely with our Vice Principal for Standards, is critical to delivering the success of the Academy in achieving the best outcomes for all students across all key stages.

You will ensure the improvement of pupils’ attainment across the Academy. This role requires a post holder who is passionate about supporting the schools CPD offer and someone that will help drive a culture of collaboration across all curriculum areas.
