Are you seeking a leadership role that inspires, transforms, and makes a real difference in education?
Broadoak Academy is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our senior leadership team as Vice Principal. This role will be part of a newly formed leadership team, supporting the Academy through a period of transition as a new Principal joins us iminently.
Our Academy serves around 800 students and employs 100 staff, with a high proportion of PP and SEND students. We are proud of our positive journey in recent years and our key role within the community. We are looking for a candidate with the experience, enthusiasm, and drive to continue guiding our team on this journey.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic school leadership, team building, staff development, and planning and delivering programs to raise attainment. It is essential that the successful candidate can quickly build and nurture positive, purposeful relationships across the school community - with colleagues, students, and families. The role requires the ability to make and justify difficult decisions, alongside a demonstrable commitment to equality.
