Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School, part of The Romero Catholic Academy, is seeking to appoint two Vice Principals to join our senior leadership team. The Role

As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to:

  • Lead and inspire staff and students in living out the Catholic mission of the school.
  • Drive school improvement through strategic leadership of teaching, learning, and pastoral care.
  • Promote a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and achievement.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils.
  • Strengthen partnerships with parents, parishes, and the wider community.

Each Vice Principal will have a distinct portfolio of responsibilities, tailored to their strengths and experience, contributing to the overall leadership of the school.
