Your role:

You are an experienced leader from a relevant educational setting with a proven track record of positive impact in various leadership roles. You excel in raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners. You will have a key role in upholding and maintaining our Character. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, local governance roles, and key external stakeholders. You understand the importance of fostering a school culture where all members can thrive, and you are committed to raising aspirations and transforming lives.
