Vice Principal - Culture job summary

The Vice Principal (Culture) will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, vision, and implementation of the school's culture, pastoral support, and personal development programmes.

This is a crucial role in ensuring Saracens High School's commitment to safeguarding, providing a safe, inclusive, and aspirational environment for all pupils, where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Vice Principal (Culture) will work closely with the Principal, other senior leaders, and the wider school community to embed the school's values and promote a positive, nurturing culture that enables every pupil to reach their full potential.

Saracens High School is a new secondary school which opened in September 2018. This year we have our first cohort of Year 11s sitting exams in the summer and we open our Sixth Form in September 2023.



The school is located in the Colindale area of North London with easy access to the Northern Line (Colindale) and mainline rail (Mill Hill Broadway) as well as the M1 and A1.

We will moved into our brand new state of the art building in the autumn of 2021.
