We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Vice Principal to lead on Curriculum, Teaching and Learning at our vibrant and forward-thinking academy. This is a strategic leadership role for a current Vice Principal or an experienced Assistant Principal with demonstrable whole-school responsibility and the capacity to deputise for the principal when required.

You will be a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record of driving improvement in teaching and learning, curriculum development, and student outcomes. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to academy-wide strategy, performance management, and staff development.

This is a transformative leadership role within an academy that belongs to one of the largest and longest standing trusts in the school system, Ormiston Academies Trust. With over 40 schools across England, located across a diverse range of communities

As a senior leader, you will drive strategic development of our Academy, championing excellence in curriculum, teaching and learning, and overseeing the Quality of Education including pedagogy, CPD and curriculum breadth. In the Principal’s absence, you’ll provide confident, visible leadership, helping shape the future of our academy.

We are looking for an ambitious leader, an experienced Vice Principal or Assistant Principal, who brings whole school strategic expertise and a proven track record of driving improvement and raising attainment. An exceptional communicator, you will be confident in leading change, mentoring others and inspiring both staff and students. You will be passionate about inclusive education, committed to delivering excellence, and strongly aligned with our ASPIRE values.
