What skills and experience we're looking for
Fir Vale Academy is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Vice Principal, with a strategic focus on driving the Quality of Education across the academy.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping and delivering an outstanding educational experience for every student. The successful candidate will lead on learning, teaching, curriculum development, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring that high standards are consistently achieved and sustained.
