Purpose of the role

The Vice Principal plays a crucial role in supporting the Principal in managing the school’s daily operations, academic programs, and student welfare. You will help implement school policies, oversee staff performance, and ensure a positive learning environment. Additionally, you will handle student discipline, support curriculum development, and engage with parents and the wider community. Acting as a bridge between leadership, staff, and students, the Vice Principal ensures smooth school functioning and contributes to its overall success.


The Vice Principal will be a prominent, visible presence around the Academy. They will provide strong leadership support to ensure the effective operation of the school. They will work closely with the Principal, staff, students, and parents to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, and promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and student success.
