About the Role

Orion Spires is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to lead and strengthen the Quality of Education as the school enters an exciting new phase of its development. With improving outcomes and attendance, this is a pivotal opportunity to build further momentum and secure consistently strong achievement for all students.

Working closely with the Principal, the Vice Principal will provide dynamic and strategic leadership, taking responsibility for curriculum design, teaching and learning, assessment, examinations and the effective use of student progress data. You will lead robust systems that support high‑quality classroom practice, challenge underperformance and raise attainment across the academy, while working collaboratively with faculty leaders, the Orion Trust team and partner schools to embed best practice.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of driving improvement through curriculum leadership, intelligent use of data and a relentless focus on high expectations.
