Vice Principal -Primary job summary

Seva School is an inclusive, values‑driven all‑through school (4-16) shaped by the Sikh principles of SEVA Selfless Service, Excellence, Virtues and Aspiration. We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Vice Principal to help lead our school through its next phase of growth and improvement across the Sevak Education Trust.

This is awide-ranging senior leadership role with significant influence over whole‑school strategy, culture and outcomes. Working closely with the Principal, you will take a strategic lead on curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment, safeguarding, behavior, attendance, SEND, staff development and the wider personal development offer. You will drive high expectations, champion inclusion, and ensure every pupil regardless of background or starting point receives an exemplary quality of education.

A key part of this role is leading with integrity, modelling our six core virtues (kindness, courage, honesty, tolerance, respect and responsibility) and embedding our 5Ps across the school. You will help sustain a nurturing and aspirational environment where pupils feel valued, staff are motivated, and families feel connected.
