We’re looking for a passionate and driven leader to join our Academy Senior Leadership Team as Vice Principal. In this strategic role, you’ll help shape the direction of our educational provision, working closely with staff, students, and families to embed our values, pledges, and character across everything we do.
The successful candidate will bring significant expertise and experience from a relevant education setting and a proven track record of positive impact in a variety of leadership roles. You will have experience of raising standards in teaching and learning, strategic planning, financial management, staff recruitment and development and understand the criticality of building school culture where all members of the school community can thrive
