As Vice Principal, you will be required to support the Principal in the development and delivery of a high-quality, inclusive education that meets the needs of all learners. You will lead on teaching, learning and curriculum development incorporating staff development and whole-school improvement, ensuring high standards, equality, and helping us to build a culture of continuous progress and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strong, strategic leadership in line with the Academy’s vision and values
    • Supporting and developing staff through coaching, CPD, and performance management
    • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment
    • Working in partnership with stakeholders and the wider community to raise outcomes for all students
    • Driving improvements in teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum design

    • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills
    • Is committed to collaboration, equity, and community engagement
    • Has a deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and educational standards
