Can articulate and share a clear vision for primary education that reflects the mission and values of St Augustine’s Catholic Academy.
Understands what constitutes high-quality educational provision and has strategies to raise standards and ensure the success of all pupils
Is well-organised and adaptable, able to balance competing priorities and respond positively to the changing needs of a busy school environment.
Has excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider community
