We have an absolute commitment to maximising the potential of all our students and the school has seen rapid and sustained change, with the school earning a ‘good’ judgement from Ofsted in September 2022.York High School is fully committed to providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive both academically and personally. Our dedicated team of teachers and staff are passionate about nurturing the unique talents and abilities of each student, ensuring that they not only excel in their education but also grow as confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals.

We organise our school leadership using The Deeps model. As a Vice Principal at York High School, you will lead one of the Deeps (Deep Learning, Deep Support or Deep Experience).
