We are seeking a caring, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our committed staff team who have high aspirations both for themselves and our children, have a passion for learning, are proactive and dependable and have strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 3:15 pm, half-hour lunch break, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, 39 weeks .
The successful candidate will need to have :
good communication and listening skills
good planning and organisational skills
the ability to foster nurturing relationships with children and their families
empathy, be encouraging and motivating
a commitment to raising standards and supporting children to overcome barriers to learning
Have a commitment to the school’s ethos of high expectations and no excuses culture
a flexible and creative approach to problem solving
the ability to interact with people and work as part of a team
