Shenstone Lodge School is a successful split site school for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. The Shenstone Lodge site is situated on the outskirts of Shenstone village, educating and supporting KS1 and KS2 students. Shenstone Lodge School joined The Manor Hall Academy Trust on 1st July 2020.

To support an exciting period of growth we are looking to appoint a Well Being Support Officer to support the educational, behavioural and pastoral needs of our Primary age students, in an environment that is both stimulating and supportive. The successful candidate will need to be a team player as well as being able to use their own initiative to successfully manage students who exhibit behaviours that challenge.

You will be calm under pressure, resilient, confident, curriculum aware and have experience of successfully managing and supporting primary students proactively, and in some instances reactively. You will be able to deescalate volatile and violent situations to ensure that students engagement in learning is maximised.

We are looking for a dedicated and inspired individual who can contribute to our journey towards outstanding.
