37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday 8am to 3.30pm Friday, term time only)

We are looking to appoint a positive, pro-active and enthusiastic person to join our Pastoral and Admin team at Kingsbury Green Academy.
Kingsbury Green Academy, which is part of the successful Ascend Learning Trust, opened its doors for the first time on the 5th of September 2019. We are an ambitious, forward thinking 11-18 Academy situated in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Calne in Wiltshire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organise, flexible and hardworking administrator who will focus on daily attendance and also fulfil the role as whole school first aider. The attendance role requires an eye for detail and will involve ensuring all attendance records are accurate and up-to-date in a timely manner. The role will involve contacting home when students are absent to ascertain their whereabouts when they have not been reported as being absent. You will also be responsible for whole school first aid to students and staff ensuring their wellbeing is always prioritised. A First Aid Qualification is required for this role.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment with excellent attendance and punctuality, enthusiasm and strong ICT skills. Ideally, candidates should have experience of working with young people and be willing to actively seek to develop their own learning to enhance the service delivered.
