Wrap Around Care Manager job summary

Join our team to lead Wraparound Care provision where children feel safe, supported, and inspired. You’ll manage daily operations, plan engaging activities, and guide a team—all while ensuring compliance and high-quality care. Permanent Contract

Hours: 10 hours per week

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven experience in childcare or education settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, Health & Safety, and OFSTED requirements.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities for children.
  • First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable:

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or Early Years.
  • Experience managing budgets and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving and activity planning.
  • Confidence in liaising with parents and external agencies.
